Located at Central and Roosevelt in downtown Phoenix, 1001 North Central was transformed by Cavan Companies into a striking nine-story, 110,000-square-foot professional office building. Originally the Coronet Hotel, only the steel and concrete superstructure remained as Cavan completely reimagined the property with a commanding glass façade and modern design.

Each of the building’s nine floors offers 11,000 square feet of space, including eight corner offices per floor—each with panoramic views of downtown Phoenix and the surrounding mountains. Construction began in early 1984 and was completed in February 1985. Today, 1001 is home to a range of professional tenants, including law firms, real estate offices, and government agencies.
