Located at the northwest corner of Menaul Boulevard and Lester in Albuquerque’s vibrant uptown business district, the building offers both visibility and accessibility in a key commercial corridor.

Developed in partnership by Cavan Associates, Ltd. and Johnson Wax Development Corporation (a subsidiary of Johnson Wax), the project was completed in February 1983 and remains a prominent fixture in the Albuquerque office market.
