Noah Pickus

Director of Land Acquistion

Noah serves as Director of Land Acquisitions at Cavan Companies, where he leads land acquisition efforts across the Chicago, Milwaukee, Madison, and Indianapolis markets. He is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new development opportunities that support the company’s continued growth in those regions.

Noah graduated from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business and has more than eight years of commercial real estate experience, including six years focused on land acquisition and residential development.

Throughout his career, Noah has focused on identifying and evaluating new development opportunities, performing market analysis and financial underwriting, and working with landowners, brokers, municipalities, and consultants to advance residential development projects. His experience includes sourcing off-market opportunities, negotiating land acquisitions, and supporting projects from initial site selection through the development process.
