Controller
Alexandria McCormick joined Cavan Companies in 2023 as the Director of Budget and Finance in the project operations division. Her technical knowledge of accounting and finance prepared her for the role of Controller of Cavan Companies at the corporate level. Alexandria’s focus is on ensuring project-level cash management transparency and integration with overall project budgets along with construction draw process management. As Controller, she provides oversight for leasing operations accounting, financial statement production in coordination with property management as well as lender relations and compliance transmittals.
Alexandria earned her accounting degree from California Baptist University in 2014 which she put to use at a regional public accounting firm for six years until she moved to Arizona in 2020. She worked as the Director of Finance for a general contractor in Phoenix before joining the Cavan team
