Norm Miller is the Chief Executive Officer of Cavan Companies. He brings nearly four decades of experience across diverse industries. His career has been centered on leading teams, building strong operations, and helping companies grow in a steady, disciplined way.

For the past 28 years, Norm has served as President or CEO of several organizations, including 17 years with publicly traded companies. He’s known for developing people, strengthening culture, and moving businesses forward with clarity and consistency.

Norm graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and spent five years on active duty in the U.S. Army. The principles he learned there—discipline, accountability, teamwork—still guide his leadership today. His focus at Cavan is simple: build great communities, support great people, and make long-term decisions that stand up over time.
