Tom Perrott

Chief Financial Officer

Tom Perrott serves as Chief Financial Officer of Cavan Companies, where he oversees the company’s finance, accounting, capital markets, and strategic planning functions. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and banking, Tom has originated, structured, and managed billions of dollars in transactions across a broad range of asset classes.

As CFO, Tom is focused on strengthening Cavan’s financial foundation, driving operational excellence, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and creating long-term value for investors, employees, and business partners.

Before joining Cavan in 2026, Tom spent 14 years at Western Alliance Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President and helped co-found and lead a lending division that originated more than $3 billion in loans. His extensive background in commercial lending, capital markets, and real estate finance provides valuable insight and leadership as Cavan continues to expand its platform.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bryant University. Originally from New England, he has called the Phoenix area home since 2012. He and his wife have two children.
