Developed with a distinctive stepped terrace design, the building was complemented by a 650-car attached parking garage and a pedestrian skywalk connecting directly to the City-County Building across 5th Street.

A dramatic 60-foot atrium lobby, lush park-like landscaping, and prominent architectural features positioned Five Hundred Marquette as one of Albuquerque’s premier Class A office developments. Construction began in January 1985 and was completed by December of the same year.
