Alma School Corporate Center is a 170,000-square-foot, three-phase office development located on Alma School Road just south of the Superstition Freeway in Mesa, Arizona. Strategically positioned for accessibility and visibility, the complex was developed to accommodate the growing demand for high-quality office space in the East Valley.

• Phase I consisted of a 50,000-square-foot office building completed in August 1984.
• Phase II, also 50,000 square feet, followed with completion in June 1985.
• Phase III was a 70,000-square-foot, three-story atrium office building completed in 1987, serving as the signature structure of the project.

Together, the three phases created a cohesive corporate campus designed for professional service firms and regional office users.
