Strategically located at the intersection of the San Diego Freeway and Beach Boulevard in Huntington Beach, California, One Pacific Plaza & One Pacific Tower is a landmark mixed-use development executed by Cavan Companies in partnership with MHL Holdings, Inc. The project began with the acquisition of one of two existing six-story office buildings—each 99,500 square feet—already constructed on the site.

The partnership then developed a new 12-story, 204,000-square-foot Class A office tower, with construction beginning in summer 1986 and completing in November 1987. The broader project included a four-story, 62,000-square-foot medical office building; a two-story, 15,000-square-foot office building; a 224-room full-service Holiday Inn Hotel; and two standalone restaurants. Together, these components created a comprehensive commercial destination serving a wide range of business and hospitality needs.
